Are you flying into Los Angeles via LAX Airport? Here’s what you can expect.
Also known as Los Angeles International Airport, LAX was put into service in October of 1928 and used for military flights during the World War II. Commercial service began in December 1946 and the terminal complex we know today, (along with a 172ft control tower,) was completed in 1961.
Located on the city borders of Westchester and El Segundo, LAX Airport is home of the newly redesigned Tom Bradley Terminal – the main destination for all incoming International flights from around the world. It’s also freeway close to all popular tourist destinations including; Hollywood, Magic Mountain, Disneyland, Universal Studios, Staple Center, as well as Santa Barbara and San Diego.
